All Alskar® merchandise is made to order. Once your order is shipped, standard shipping times apply. You can always click the link in your confirmation email to visit your order summary page for updates on the status of your ordered items.
All orders will sent out from Singapore. Keep in mind that delivery times on some international orders may take slightly longer – up to 4 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.
Since we print to order, printing times can vary. Our current print time for apparel items is 3-5 business days. Mug, canvases, fabrics, hats and phone cases are also printing within 3-5 business days. These estimates do not include transit time.
To see the exact status of your order, click on the blue link in your confirmation email which will take you to your order summary page. You will be able to see the status of your items in production and, if available, also check on the tracking status of items that have already shipped.
We produce and ship all of our products from within Singapore. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Feel free to browse other products in our categories. When you are finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the product page, and then clicking on the green "Checkout" button.
The cost of printing is included in the production price of each style. This is always quoted when you’re creating your campaign. We charge rates independent of the color count. A different rate for two-sided prints is also reflected in the production price.

If you would like to add another item to your order, we encourage you to create a new order. If you wish to change the style or color, we encourage you to cancel your order and create a new one while the campaign is still running.

Alskar® is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item.
To best preserve the quality of your Alskar® apparel, we recommend washing it on a cold cycle, inside out, and without tumble drying. By saving energy and protecting the environment, you can give your garments the longest life possible.
Each items on Alskar® is printed especially for you once you place an order. This means each item is only printed and assembled after you order it. So everything you order from Alskar® is made exactly to your specifications.
At Alskar®, we do everything we can do to make sure your product looks exactly the way it was designed. Nevertheless, there may be some small differences between your virtual product and the final production piece due to number of reasons, your monitor screen display, movement of fabric during the printing process and slight shrinking during the steaming process. In addition, garment pattern pieces must be cut with the correct grain of the fabric. This may cause alignment issues in certain areas of the garment, for example: where the sleeve meets the shirt at the armhole, or any place where a dart, pocket, or gathering is added.
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out,
Gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
We recommend that you wash all of your Alskar® garments in cold water and line dry. Not only is this great for the environment, but it will ensure the longevity of your prints, not matter what type of product you’ve purchased. Heat is used to apply the designs, so it can also affect how well and how long your print wears. Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with similar colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
