What Are The Estimated Processing and Delivery Time?
Currently we have 4 warehouses across the globe; Singapore, United States, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Once we receive your order, we will ship out within 3 working days.
Important: For custom necklaces, due to the complexity of the process, we need 2 weeks processing time and will be sent out from either our Hong Kong or United States (by USPS) warehouse.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can do this when at the checkout page if you wish or check out as a guest.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We use bubble wrap to make sure the items arrive safe and sound. However, we will wrap the cups and framed prints in a nice burgundy tissue wrapping paper.
What If My Order Was Damaged?
For fragile items, we use bubble wraps and corrugated cards to minimize the damage as little as possible. In an unlikely event that you item arrives damaged and not usable, please email us with a snapshot of the product and order number to [email protected] or click this page to drop us an email within 48 hours once you received the item. We will then arrange for a re-mailing to you.
What Happens If My Order untraceble or no information is updated?
If your parcel has been collected and your scans are not being updated, it could be because:
- Sometimes a shipment may miss a scan. This is not a cause for alarm, but could delay scans for up to 24 hours. If there is no update for longer than 24 hours, please drop us an email.
- If the shipment is going to a remote area or an unusual international destination, the carrier may use a sub-contractor for the ‘final mile’ delivery. Scans may be delayed, or in some cases, there will be no delivery scan at all. If the shipment is not delivered on its due date, and there are still no scans, contact us.
What If I Receive An Incorrect or Missing Item?
We take extra care in packing your orders and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused when incorrect items are shipped to you.
Please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Can I Request for a Return or Refund for my purchase?
Please be aware that orders placed are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is due to online stocks management, processing and some personalized works involved.
Please make sure, and double check correct mailing address, correct design and correct quantity has been placed in cart before checking out.

Do You Ship Internationally and how long does it take?
Yes, we do! We offer Economy Worldwide Shipping options so you don’t have to pay hefty amount for your shipping fee.
Depending on your location, we will send out your orders from our nearest warehouse. Generally the delivery will takes around 2 – 3 weeks for International orders.

Why won't my payment with PayPal/Credit Card go through?
