Refund Policy

We are UNABLE to process refunds or exchanges on ANY personalised Products. However, You may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting it. After your order is sent to production, you cannot cancel or change it.

If any products are damaged or faulty we will offer a refund or exchange if proof of damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery. ** Please note we may require you to take photographic evidence or send the faulty product back before we issue a full refund**

For all products that are not bespoke, we offer a 14 day exchange or refund policy. The policy will start 14 days after the purchase date. A full refund will be given within 7 days of the date we receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds
You may contact us to check your refund status at help@alskar.co.
However, if the refund has been processed by Alskar® but you still haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank account or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@Alskar.co.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
